Allegro Ballroom Facilities

We are one of the largest ballrooms in the San Francisco Bay Area. We have three ballroom dance floors in different rooms, all made from red oak and extremely comfortable to dance on.

Our Main Ballroom is 3,200 square feet, and this is where we have our main classes and parties. Our Junior Ballroom is 1,000 square feet, where we have smaller classes. Our third ballroom is 800 square feet, and we leave this open for practice or private lessons in the evening.

Each of our ballroom floors is equipped with a quality sound system. Our Main Ballroom has ceiling mounted speakers which projects music to all parts of the floor during our parties. Our DJs have access to the Allegro Music Library, which is a computerized selection of party music which has met our standards for danceability. We also have video and projection equipment to review dance tapes.

Our location is very convenient from any part of the SF Bay Area. We are one block away from I-80 in Emeryville, where I-80, 580, 24 and the Bay Bridge meet. We have free, convenient and extensive parking in our well-lighted parking lot.
