About the Allegro Ballroom

The Allegro Ballroom is owned and operated by Allegro Dancers, Inc. This California non-profit public-benefit educational corporation [501(c)3] was created to promote ballroom dancing and other dance art forms. We are a multi-cultural ballroom dance school open to all, and maintain a non-discrimination policy.

Our professional faculty consists of established dancers and teachers who are committed to providing excellent instruction.

Our facilities include three ballroom dance floors, high-quality sound systems in all the floors, free parking, and easy access from any point in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Membership in Allegro Dancers, Inc. is open to anyone who enjoys ballroom dancing. Members elect a Board of Directors and receive many other benefits -- including price discounts and invitations to special events. You do not have to be a member to come dance and learn with us.

Our Board of Directors operate the ballroom as volunteers. Our management consists of an Operational Manager who oversees the facilities and day to day operations. Almost everything else that happens at the ballroom is done by our amazing cadre of volunteers.
